DALLAS – Construction has begun on DFW Airport North Distribution Center II, an industrial development located on Lakeside Parkway in Flower Mound, near Dallas.
The developer, Denver-based Huntington Industrial Partners, acquired the 24-acre site in a joint venture with Artemis Real Estate Partners, a Washington, D.C. metropolitan area-based real estate investment manager.
Transwestern Principals John Fulton and Brett Owens will lease the 349,580-square-foot, two-building project scheduled for completion in August 2015.
“As e-commerce and consumer spending continue to thrive, we expect the high level of demand for industrial space in the Dallas-Fort Worth area to continue,” said Fulton.
The project consists of a 185,000-square-foot, rear–load, dock-high building and a 164,000-square-foot, cross-dock building. The property also offers up to 85 trailer storage spaces.
