HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – A Northwest Houston retail center that suffered damage during Hurricane Harvey has signed a new tenant after completing repairs.

Hurricane Harvey devastated the Houston area, and many of the retail shopping centers felt the wrath. At the end of August, the storm dumped 50 inches of water on the Houston area. More than 100,000 homes were damaged in addition to office buildings, multifamily properties and retail centers.

The Cypresswood Kroger shopping center located at 19750 State Highway 249, near Cypresswood Drive, was among the casualties. After several months of damage repair, a new tenant is moving in.

PHO Long Vietnamese Noodle Restaurant signed a 60-month lease for 2,650 SF of space. Jason Gibbons with Finial Group represented the landlord, Signal Cypresswood.
