HOUSTON – Fugro has sold its 8-story building on the Southwest Freeway near Hillcroft Avenue to the 6671 SW Frwy LP partnership.
The 153,158 square-foot office building has been upgraded substantially and is one of the finest building in southwest that submarket with upgrades including Class A finish-out in the lobby, said Doug Pack with NAI Partners.
Pack and Logan Brown of Logan Brown Investment Real Estate negotiated the sale of the building in an off-market transaction.
