HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – King Ranch Saddle Shop leased 2,594 SF in CityCentre, Midway’s 47-acre mixed-use development near the Sam Houston Tollway in west Houston.
The 825,000-acre King Ranch, located in south Texas between Corpus Christi and Brownsville, was founded in 1853 by Capt. Richard King.
King established the leather goods business in 1867 in order to keep a steady supply of high-quality saddles.
The store sells signature luggage, briefcases, wallets, western saddles and outdoor gear, but also a range of decorative accessories, tabletop items, furniture and handbags, in addition to boots for men and women. It will be located on Town & Country Boulevard, will be located between Altar’d State and Hemline boutiques.
King Ranch Saddle Shop has three locations, their flagship store in Kingsville, in College Station at Century Square and Houston at CityCentre.
