Hartman REIT leases a full floor of office space at 400 North Belt in Houston to a law firm.

HOUSTON – Codilis & Stawiarski, P.C., a law firm that specializes in serving mortgage lenders and servicers, leased a full floor in the 400 North Belt building in the Greenpoint area.

The law firm leased 19,675-SF in the office building, which is owned by an affiliate of Hartman Income REIT, a Houston-based firm led by Al Hartman.

Brandi McDonald, with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, represented the tenant, and Corinne Agrella and Richard Maloof represented Hartman.

The 400 North Belt building, constructed in 1982, is located about a mile east of Interstate 45, near Imperial Valley Drive and Houston’s Bush Airport.

Hartman acquired the 12-story, 231,000-SF building in 2015 from Parkway Properties for $10.2 million.

Hartman Income REIT owns and manages close to 50 properties and 4 million SF of office, industrial and retail space. Its properties are located in Houston, Dallas and San Antonio.
