DALLAS – L & B Realty Advisors, a Dallas-based pension fund advisor has acquiredLegacy Place 1 and II, a two-building, 299,005-square-foot complex is located within Legacy Business Park at the southeast corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Tennyson Parkway, in the Far North Dallas submarket.
The sellers, JP Morgan Asset Management, was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle.
The price was not disclosed. The buildings, leased by Jones Lang LaSalle, are 100 percent occupied.
