The 11-story office building, part of the Houston Pavilions in downtown Houston, has been renamed NRG Tower after anchor tenant NRG Energy.
Pacific Drilling has expanded by 4,721 sq. ft. at Lakes on Post Oak, a three-building complex comprised of a 19-story building located at 3000 Post Oak Boulevard; a 22-story building located at 3040 Post Oak Boulevard; and a 17-story building located at 3050 Post Oak Boulevard. The 1.2-million sq. ft. property sits adjacent to Houston’s Galleria Shopping Center four acres. Cody Armbrister and Rima Shpolyansky of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Crocker Partners, in this transaction. Jon Silberman and Kelly Torian of NAI Houston represented the tenant.
