SAN ANTONIO and HOUSTON – Lennar Homes has leased new offices in Houston and San Antonio.
The firm leased 15,400 square feet in the Ridgewood Business Center II in San Antonio.
In Houston, Lennar Homes moved into its new build-to-suit 70,000 SF building in the Greenspoint area near Interstate 45 in north Houston. The building, developed by KDC of Dallas and Sarofim Realty Advisors, is located in the Greens Crossing Office Park.
CBRE has handled four office deals in Texas for Lennar, says CBRE’s Jerry Frey. As the market’s leading builder, Lennar Homes and its sister brand, Village Builders, sold 2,319 new houses in Houston in 2014, according to Metrostudy.
