HOUSTON – Lennox International has leased 190,000 square feet of distribution space in a new northwest Houston project being developed by DCT Industrial Trust, a publicly traded industrial real estate company.
Lennox International, a leading manufacturer of climate control products for the heating, air conditioning and refrigeration industries, will be the lead tenant in a 362,000 square-foot building under construction at DCT Northwest Crossroads Logistics Centre, off of Beltway 8. The Company commenced construction on Phase I of DCT Northwest Crossroads Logistics Centre in the second quarter of 2014.

The tenant, Lennox International plans on taking occupancy when construction is complete in late 2014 or early 2015. DCT Northwest Crossroads Logistics Centre is a 682,000 square foot, two-building development project in the Northwest submarket of Houston. The Company plans to commence construction on Phase II, a 320,000 square foot building, in the second half of 2014.
