THE WOODLANDS, Texas – LGI Homes announced that it closed 367 homes sales in March 2016, up 23 percent from 298 home closings in March 2015.
In the first quarter of 2016, LGI sold 844 homes, a 25.8 percent increase over the 671 homes closed in the first quarter of 2015.
As of the end of March 2016, the Company had 56 active selling communities. Headquartered in The Woodlands, LGI Homes engages in the design, construction and sale of homes in Texas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, New Mexico, Colorado, North Carolina, South Carolina and Washington.
