HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – TIER REIT Inc., a Dallas-based real estate firm, has reached an agreement to sell the Loop Central office complex near Loop 610 in Houston.
The three-building office complex is located on the east side of Loop 610, just south of Westpark, near the city of Bellaire.
TIER REIT did not disclose the identity of the buyer, which is expected to close in the first quarter of 2018.
The 575,000-SF project is about 84 percent leased. The REIT acquired the office complex in 2007.
The Loop Central One building was completed in 1980, Loop Central Two in 1981 and Loop Central Three was finished in 1982.
