SAN ANTONIO – (Realty News Report) – San Antonio commercial real estate developer Worth & Associates has secured Meritage Homes as the anchor tenant for its new Inwood Village office complex under development in San Antonio.

The 77,000-SF office project is currently under construction at 2722 Bitters Road in North Central San Antonio.

Meritage Homes leased 16,000 SF in the two-story building, scheduled for completion in April 2019.

“We broke ground on Inwood Village in March and are pleased to welcome Meritage Homes as our anchor tenant,” said Worth & Associates President of Development and Brokerage Clint Worth.

Inwood Village will feature 29 move-in ready office suites ranging in size from 1,500 to 3,000 SF in a variety of suite configurations.

The spaces have been designed to accommodate multiple business needs and can be combined to form larger contiguous spaces. An abundance of amenities will be provided to the tenants at Inwood Village.  The suites will feature class A finishes and will be pre-wired with fiber access for voice and data.

All tenants will have access to a fully equipped tenant lounge; two building conference rooms with state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment; outdoor patio and deck; and Wi-Fi throughout the building.

“We are offering an expedited lease process via a lease from that is much simpler than our typical lease form.  Typical lease terms are three- to five-years and we are currently providing pre-leasing specials to the first few tenants who sign a lease,” said Worth.

The project is located at the prime intersection of Bitters Road and Loop 1604 in the highly desirable Far North Central sub-market of San Antonio.
