HOUSTON – Art Square Center, a 39,000-SF mixed-use building at 4118 Fannin in the Midtown area, has been acquired by Kline Ventures LP, an entity owned by David Kline of Austin.
Art Square is a unique mix of retail, studio and residential spaces, located between Downtown and the Texas Medical Center. Josh Jacobs and Burdette Huffman of EDGE Capital Markets represented the seller, Fannin VP LP.
The property is adjacent to Houston’s iconic Sears store, which opened in 1939 and is noted for having the city’s first escalator.
