HOUSTON – McKee Tessa LLC has acquired 17.4 acres in southern Houston where will build an industrial manufacturing building. The site is one and a half miles west of Highway 288 at 700 Almeda Genoa Road.
Michael Keegan and Clay Pritchett of NAI Partners represented the seller, Carolyn Maxey, Trustee. Chase Spence of Colliers International represented McKee Tessa, a manufacturer of concrete products.
