THE WOODLANDS – (Realty News Report)– Howard Hughes Corp. is opening its new Creekside Park The Grove multifamily community in The Woodlands.
The Creekside Park The Grove is a 360-unit community comprised of six, four-story buildings with elevators. Featuring an urban design with Craftsman-style architecture, the one, two- and three-bedroom residences range from approximately 680 to 1,490 square feet.Ground-level apartments include private, fenced yards.
As the second multifamily development in the Village of Creekside Park and its village center, Creekside Park The Grove follows the success of the award-winning Creekside Park The Residences, both of which are developed by The Howard Hughes Corporation.

Among the numerous health-driven technologies that have been implemented into the project are touchless entry doors to the clubhouse, anti-microbial apartment door hardware and common area HVAC that has been treated with ionization devices.
The modern interior features of each unit include nine-foot ceilings, quartz countertops, simulated wood flooring, stainless appliances, walk-in closets, smart thermostats and a washer and dryer in every home. Private attached garages are available
The clubhouse, which reflects a modern take on a Texas “dog trot” structure with a fireside back porch, boasts a fitness center and a flex space, fitness room for yoga, spin and barre activities. Its amenities include a resort-style swimming pool with a cabana, wet bar and fireplace. A dog park and several grilling areas are also provided. Creating ample spaces for co-working both within residential buildings and the outdoor amenity areas are a major focus of the community.

Creekside Park The Grove is located at the entrance of Creekside Park Village Center at 8440 Creekside Green Drive, near Kuykendahl Road.
The Woodlands is a 28,500-acre master planned community located 27 miles north of downtown Houston. In its 47-year history, The Woodlands has added a significant number of jobs and corporate offices. The Woodlands is home to 119,000 people, and over 66,000 people work in the community.
As of May 2021, according to ApartmentData.com, Houston’s apartment occupancy stands at 89.6% and prices for apartments of about 886 SF are hovering around the $1,073 per month mark.
With a net of nearly 5,400 apartment units filled, April was one of the strongest months ever for the Houston apartment market, said Bruce McClenny, president of Houston-based ApartmentData.com. In fact, the month ranks up there with the strongest three apartment absorption quarters since 2015, he added.
