HOUSTON – Étoile Academy, a new Houston charter school, leased 13,850 SF at 6600 Hornwood Drive in Houston. The tuition-free, college-preparatory charter school will open August 2018. The school plans to grow one grade level per year for the next four years to eventually serve fifth through eighth grade students in a 48,000-SF facility.
“We look forward to providing a high-quality middle school option to the Gulfton and Sharpstown communities,” said Kayleigh Colombero, founder and school director.
Étoile Academy will operate an extended-day schedule with a focus on literacy, mathematics and financial literacy.
