Houston is on the radar screen of real estate investors again., Nancy Sarnoff of the Houston Chronicle reports. Real Capital Analytics says commercial sales were up 44 percent in Houston last year.
NEW BUILDING FOR HARRIS COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT – Skanska USA was selected to provide construction management services for the new five-story, 167,807 square foot radiation therapy, diagnostics imaging and specialty clinic along with a new eight-story, 1,100 car parking garage. This facility is being built at HCHD’s Holly Hall location which is adjacent to the Texas Medical Center of Houston.
