HOUSTON – Colliers International reported Cordyne Inc. has leased a 34,220 square foot office/warehouse facility under construction in the 80-acre Alegacy Park in the Waller community west of Houston.

The developer started construction on the project in 2015 as a spec building and it is now being finished to tenant’s design specifications.

Situated on a three-acre tract, the building will be equipped with two 20-ton cranes (30′ hook height) and high pressure gas.

Walter Menuet and Tom Condon, Jr. of Colliers International represented the landlord, Alegacy Development in the transaction and Colt Haack of Coldwell Banker Properties Unlimited represented the tenant.

The tenant, Cordyne Inc., is diversified electrical supply and manufacturing company that has been operating in the Houston Region since early 1987.
