BAYTOWN, Texas (Realty News Report) – An entity affiliated with NIT Industrial LLC has acquired 12.8 acres in the Cedar Port Industrial Park for a four-building spec industrial park with 204,000 SF. The tilt-wall buildings will be about 50,000 SF each.
Jason Tangen of Colliers International represented the buyer. The seller TGS Cedar Port Partners was represented by Joel Michael of NAI Partners.
Groundbreaking is slated for October. Colliers International will handle leasing.
The site is located at the corner of FM 1405 and Oscar Nelson Jr. Drive in the 15,000-acre Cedar Port industrial park, the largest industrial park in the nation with barge and rail facilities.
