Oiltanking North America Leases Space in Memorial CIty

Oiltanking North America LLC leased 23,652 SF in the Murphy Building, 9805 Katy Freeway in Memorial City.

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Oiltanking North America LLC leased 23,652 SF in the Murphy Building, 9805 Katy Freeway in Memorial City, a development by MetroNational.

The firm will make the move to Memorial City this year, leaving Three Allen Center in downtown.

MetroNational’s Brad MacDougall and Warren Alexander represented the landlord. Andy Iversen, John Luck and Audrey Selber of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant.

Oiltanking North America, one of the largest independent operators of tank terminals, offers facilities for the distribution of chemicals, biofuels and gases.

Memorial City is a 265-acre mixed-used development with 9 million SF including Class A office space; retail including Memorial City Mall; mid-rise apartments; The Westin Memorial City and Hotel ZaZa Memorial City; and the Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center.
