DALLAS – Occidental Petroleum Corp. has signed-on to anchor a new office project that will be constructed in north Dallas. The chemical division of OXY will occupy 120,000-SF in the project, named Fourteen555, reports Candace Carlisle of the Dallas Business Journal.
Developer Cawley Partners of Dallas will break ground next year on the 480,000-SF project, 14555 Dallas Parkway in the Addison community. The development, designed by BOKA Powell Architects, will be complete in late 2018.
Early in 2016, OXY sold its Dallas building on the LBJ Freeway and then moved 100 employees to OXY’s corporate headquarters in Greenway Plaza in Houston.
