HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Partners Real Estate has hired Marla Diliberto as Chief Marketing Officer as the privately held, partnership-led commercial real estate firm enters its next phase of growth.
Previously with Dallas-based CBRE, Diliberto will lead Partners’ corporate marketing organization, spearheading the firm’s strategic marketing and branding initiatives.
“Marla’s a visionary marketing leader with an incredible array of commercial real estate marketing expertise, and we’re excited for her to elevate Partners’ brand visibility, foster thought leadership, optimize marketing operations across all business units, support new market expansions, and deliver measurable results through innovative technologies and insights,” said Jon Silberman, CEO of Partners. “With a background combining deep expertise in marketing strategy, brand development, design, and operational scaling, Marla is seamlessly aligned with Partners’ growth trajectory as we expand from a regional presence to a national leader in commercial real estate.”
During her 15-year tenure, Diliberto most recently served as CBRE’s Global Head of Marketing Transformation. She drove strategic initiatives focused on efficiency, innovation, and transformation across the organization. Her previous positions include Global Senior Director of Strategic Programs in Marketing and Director of Property Marketing.
Diliberto is the latest in a series of key additions to senior leadership team at Partners. Peter Mainguy, former Houston Market Leader at CBRE, recently joined Partners as Equity Partner and Executive Managing Director, Services, Texas Region. JJ Leonard, a longtime top executive at Stream Realty, was named Partner and Managing Director of the Dallas office in January.
Last year, Partners added Houston office agency leasing veteran Chip Colvill and several other office leasing specialists from Cushman & Wakefield.
Founded in 1997, Houston-based Partners Real Estate, one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the Houston area, has grown to more than 300 professionals and 66 partners across the Sunbelt. The firm has offices in Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, and Atlanta.
