HOUSTON – CBRE announced that Michael Yu has been promoted to Vice Chairman, the highest title for producers at the company. Yu began his career in the hospitality industry in the early 1990s and transitioned to hotel investment brokerage services in 2003. He joined CBRE in 2016 and has since transacted more than $3 billion of hospitality real estate. Yu leads the CBRE Hotels South Central United States team, which works nationwide on hotel deals, including limited service, select service, full service, and extended stay assets. In the last three years, Yu and his team have executed more than 200 transactions nationwide.
HOUSTON – Kyle Taylor has joined Colliers as a Financial Analytics Associate. Previously, he worked as an Assurance Associate at PricewaterhouseCooper, as part of their real estate private equity group. Taylor is a Texas A&M graduate and he holds a masters degree in accounting.

WASHINGTON – The National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) announced that Bernard Fulton has joined NMHC as Vice President for Housing Policy and Regulation; Latoya Lovick has joined NMHC as Vice President of Membership; and Ryan Hecker has joined as a Research Assistant.
NEW YORK – JLL’s Value and Risk Advisory platform has hired James “Jamie” Molloy as a Senior Director for institutional accounts. Molloy joins JLL from SitusAMC. … JLL Capital Markets also announced that Elizabeth DeVesty has been promoted to Director with New Jersey’s multi-housing investment sales team.
