HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Houston office market veteran John Spafford has joined CBRE. For 28 years, Spafford had been with PMRG and Madison Marquette.
The Houston office of Lee & Associates has hired Grant Walker as senior director to lead a national retail division for the firm. Before Lee & Associates, Grant worked for Transwestern, Page Partners and The Weitzman Group in Houston.
Ross James, a tenant rep specialist, has joined Lee & Associates as a senior director, announced Chris Lewis, co-managing principal in the Houston office of Lee. James was formerly vice president at Jackson Cooksey/Newmark Knight Frank and managing principal at Leverage Commercial.
Shaffer Braun has been promoted to vice president the landlord services group in NAI Partners in Houston.
Patrick Hill has been promoted to senior associate in the office tenant rep group in NAI Partners’ Austin office, according to Jon Silberman, managing partner of NAI Partners.
Skanska has hired Brad McFarlane, an industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in engineering and occupational health and safety, as vice president of environment, health and safetyfor Skanska’s building operations nationwide.
JLL announced Aimee Morgan is joining the firm’s Valuation Advisory business as a Senior Vice President specializing in the appraisal of multifamily assets. Morgan is based in Houston, and will cover the region.
