(RNR’s People in Real Estate)  DALLAS– Colliers International has hired high-profile expert  Sara Terry to lead Colliers’ DFW’s Office Agency Leasing Group. Terry brings more than 20 years of experience to Colliers in commercial real estate ranging from property management, landlord and tenant representation and construction management. Terry previously served as Senior Vice President at Stream Realty in Dallas. Also, Colliers International  announced  that Will Haynes was  promoted to Managing Director, Office Occupier Services for Colliers’ North Texas.


SEATTLE, WA –  Lee & Associates,  the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, announced the addition of four new brokerage agents to lead the firm’s Northwest investment division. The team will consist of Stuart WilliamsAdrienne HunterAlex Muir, and Elizabeth Schalka, all formerly of both JLL and more recently of Kinzer Partners.


Patrinely Group, a Houston-based  national real estate investment, development and management firm focused on large scale, Class A mixed-use, office and multifamily properties in major markets, announced the hiring of Matt Chamberlain  as Executive Vice President – Western U.S. Based in the Los Angeles office, Chamberlain will initially be responsible for the company’s development activities in California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington and the adjacent states


Blake Steele  joined Avison Young as an associate focusing on landlord representation and expansion of the firm’s agency leasing and property management platform, working closely with Principals Sam Hansen and Doug Pack.


Houston-based commercial real estate investment company MLB Capital Partnersannounced the launch of its commercial real estate brokerage firm, MLB Commercial Real Estate (MLB CRE). After an eight-year stint at Avison Young, Todd MasonJeff Lindenberger  and their team of dedicated real estate professionals amicably parted ways with Avison Young to embark on this new venture. Also  Richard Mason, Taylor Wilson, Faith Pate, Andrea Gardner, and Melissa Helm, will join MLB CRE.


The NRP Group, the developer, builder and manager of multifamily housing,  announced that Alastair Jenkin   has been promoted to the position of Senior Vice President of Development for Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, and Houston, reporting to Kenneth W. Outcalt, Principal and Head of Development.
