SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. – Hillwood Investment Properties, part of the Ross Perot Jr.’s Dallas-based organization, is developing a 1.1 million-square-foot industrial distribution center in San Bernardino, Calif.
HFF worked on behalf of Hillwood Investment Properties to secure the three-year, floating-rate loan through PCCP, LLC.
The proposed distribution center is known as Gateway South Building 3 and will be part of Hillwood’s AllianceCalifornia Industrial Park in south San Bernardino, a community located market 60 miles east of Los Angeles in the Inland Empire.
