DALLAS – Hillwood Urban, a firm led by Ross Perot Jr., is planning a 17-story office tower on Turtle Creek Boulevard, reports Steve Brown of the Dallas Morning News.
Pickard Chilton and the Office of James Burnett have been retained for the Turtle Creek project.
The new office project is near the site where the Perot family is building its new headquarters campus on Bowen Street and the Katy Trail, Brown reports.
The Turtle Creek area had been devoid of new office projects for several years before Perot rekindled this new interest.
