Ralph Bivins is Guest on Real Estate Matters show with Bill Knapik

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Ralph Bivins, editor of Realty News Report, was a guest on the Real Estate Matters show with Bill Knapik.

The show aired on Sunday, Feb. 1 on 950 KPRC Houston.  A recording is also available on YouTube.

Bivins and Knapik discussed the need to bury utility lines in the heart of Houston. Preventative measures of aggressive tree trimming to protect overhead wires disfigures beautiful trees in mature neighborhoods.

Another topic was The Langley, a new high-rise apartment tower where the average monthly rent is $13,000.
