NAI Partners recently arranged the sale of an 86,655 SF office and warehouse facility on about 10 acres at 13840 Pike Road in Missouri City. The buyer, Full Plus, LLC, was represented by Bridge Commercial Real Estate’s Will Austin and Hunter Johnston.

Trendmaker Homes, a member of the TRI Pointe Group, has announced the grand opening of its newest homes at Rancho Sienna, a 500-acre master-planned community in the North Austin metro city of Georgetown. JLL has closed the $39.75 million sale of Market Street at Heath Brook, a 393,387 SF regionally dominant, mixed-use lifestyle/entertainment village with office space in the Orlando-area community of Ocala, Fla. JLL marketed the property on behalf of the seller. Columbus Pacific purchased the asset.  The JLL Retail Capital Markets team that represented the seller included Danny Finkle, Luis Castillo, Eric Williams, Whitaker Leonhardt and Megan Fitzpatrick.

Commercial real estate investment services firm Marcus & Millichap has announced the sale of 2902 North Armenia Avenue, a 14,221-square foot office property in Tampa, Fla. The asset sold for $2.1 million.Jaclyn Blair and Devin Guilliams from Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office had the exclusive listing to market the property for the seller, an undisclosed developer.  The buyer, a partnership, was also secured and represented by Blair and Guilliams.

The sale of Costa De Cocoa, a 50-unit apartment property in Cocoa, Fla., was announced by Marcus & Millichap, thecommercial real estate investment services firm. The sale price was listed at $3,275,000. Jason Hague, Adam Podbelski and Ned Roberts from Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office had the exclusive listing to market the property for the seller, a limited liability company. In addition, the buyer, also a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Hague, Podbelski and Roberts.
