JLL has closed the sale of Vintage Plaza, a three-building strip center totaling 40,612 SF in Round Rock, north of Austin. JLL marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Ironwood Real Estate. SITE Centers Corp. purchased the asset, completed in 2003. Vintage Plaza is 93.4% leased. The JLL Capital Markets team was led by Cathy Nabours, Walter Saad, Kyle Shaffer and Josh Villarreal.

California partnership has sold its last holding in Texas, trading the five-building Switzer Business Park in northeast Dallas to a limited liability company from Fort Worth. The 95%-leased asset, totaling 123,000 SF, is at 10840-930 Switzer Ave. More than 60 tenants are located in the mix of office, industrial and flex spaces geared toward small to medium-size businesses. Brian Pafford of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services and Jason Finch of Switzer Business Park Dallas LP were involved in the direct deal. The buyer is G.W. Floyd Ventures, LLC, which has retained Bradford to continue leasing the project.

A Canadian-based investment group has sold the 152-unit Antiqua Village Apartments in a southeast Fort Worth neighborhood awaiting redevelopment. Occupancy was 93.5% at sale time for the 10-building Antiqua Village at 5320 E. Rosedale St. The complex is part of the Cavile Place Neighborhood Transformation Plan, a 15-year initiative to breathe new life into a struggling residential pocket, locally known as Stop Six.
