Copper Lakes is a two-building project with 16,080 SF of retail and 7,000 SF of office space on 2.68 acres at 17111 and 17121 West Road, respectively. Newmark Knight Frank announced that Richardson-based general contractor Hill & Wilkinson entered into an agreement with Pillar Commercial to extend its lease and expand its office location at 2703 Telecom Parkway in Richardson, committing to 58,000 SF in the single-story, suburban office building. Texas Property Sales
Stanton Road Capital bought Campbell Glen II, a 210,000-SF office building in Richardson, Texas. A major redevelopment is planned, said Tim Ronan Jr. of SRC. HFF’s Christopher Murphy handled the sale. Clint Madison and John Fancher of Cushman & Wakefield will lease the building, formerly occupied by AT&T.
