HOUSTON LEASING

Hart Publishing has signed a lease for 30,039 SF at 1616 S. Voss Road. CBRE represented the landlord, SanVoss Properties, while Jack Warmington, Greg Marconi, Neal Golden, Derek Myers and Mandy Pope of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant.

Churchill Oil and Gas has leased 7,440 SF at 600 Travis St. The landlord, First Reserve Corporation, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield, while the tenant was represented by Philip Price of Newmark Knight Frank.

NAI Partners recently arranged a 12,000 SF industrial lease for Cooper Flooring at 8020 Leghorn St. NAI Partners’ Andy Parrish and Lesley Rice represented the landlord.

JLL announced that Aegis Energyhas signed a new 4,600 SF lease at 2829 Technology Forest in The Woodlands. Aegis is currently a tenant at the Black Forest Technology Parkand is expanding into an adjacent suite to accommodate accelerated growth. JLL’s Bryant Lach represented the tenant and Sean Quinn with Black Forest Ventures represented the landlord.

McDermott of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Carlos Izquierdo of Bayou City Real Estate represented the tenant.

Houston property sales

Local developer BCTS Partners, LLC, has sold the 91%-leased Copper Lakes Shopping Center in the Cy-Fair submarket of west Houston to Parkway Brothers Investment, Inc. Copper Lakes is a two-building project with 16,080 SF of retail and 7,000 SF of office space on 2.68 acres at 17111 and 17121 West Road, respectively. Austen Baldridge and Brad Elmore of Houston-based NewQuest Properties represented the seller. Andy Hsu of AA Realty Co. represented the buyer.

Morrow Holding Co., LLC, has sold a 3,570 SF restaurant on .57 acres at 3008 Ella Blvd. to AYG Ella, LLC.  Austen Baldridge and Bob Conwell of NewQuest Properties represented the seller. Chris Reyes of Shop Companies represented the buyer.

Texas leasing briefs

OVH US, LLC,which provides cloud-based infrastructure services, has signed an office lease for 15,331 SF at 5020 Riverside in Irving. John Wolf, Stephen Hoffeditz and Edwin Clark of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant while Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, BSREPRiverside, LLC.

Newmark Knight Frank announced that Richardson-based general contractor Hill & Wilkinson entered into an agreement with Pillar Commercial to extend its lease and expand its office location at 2703 Telecom Parkway in Richardson, committing to 58,000 SF in the single-story, suburban office building. NKF’s James Cooksey, Garrison Efird and Adam Faulk represented Hill & Wilkinson.

JLL handled a 6,000-SF industrial lease for Harrington Industrial Plastics in San Antonio. The nation’s largest distributor of industrial plastics is expanding operations to the Aguja Offices, located at 4030 Naco-Perin Blvd. in northeast San Antonio. JLL’s Roger Hill and Kyle Mueller represented the landlord, Aguja Holdings.

Texas Property Sales

Stanton Road Capital bought Campbell Glen II, a 210,000-SF office building in Richardson, Texas. A major redevelopment is planned, said Tim Ronan Jr. of SRC. HFF’s Christopher Murphy handled the sale. Clint Madison and John Fancher of Cushman & Wakefield will lease the building, formerly occupied by AT&T.
