HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Houston entrepreneur Charles Lusk, in partnership with restaurateur Sean Marshall, leased 1,500 SF in the 40-story Market Square Tower apartment building for a new restaurant called Coterie.
The 463-unit apartment building, 777 Preston, is known for its glass-bottomed swimming pool that hangs over the edge of the building.
“We’re two guys at the top of our game and ready to use our expertise to add exciting new ventures and concepts to the Houston market,” said Lusk, president and founder of Sylvason Interests and Dent-Well Companies and business partner to Sean Marshall, owner of Fusion Beans and Southside Espresso. “I don’t have a traditional food background but I’m an enthusiast for new enterprise development and all the things Coterie will offer. Sean is widely recognized as the top in his field and, combined, we each have the right experience to make this a success.
Woodbranch Investments developed the tower, where 13,000-SF was recently leased for a CVS store.
