HOUSTON – NewQuest Crosswell has announced plans to develop a 150,000-SF retail center on U.S. Highway 59 in the Kingwood area, northeast of Houston.
The project is planned for a 35-acre tract near Kingwood Parc Drive, between Loop 494 and Highway 59. The center is expected to have a number of restaurants and a 100,000-SF grocery anchor.
Houston-based NewQuest Crosswell has developed a significant number of centers anchored by Kroger, according to the developer’s managing principal Allen Crosswell, who spoke at the recent BoyarMiller Real Estate Forum.
