Boyd Commercial announced that Cottondale Wood Products leased a 75,000 SF tilt-wall, manufacturing/distribution warehouse space located in La Porte, near Houston. Based in Tuscaloosa, Ala., Cottondale Wood Products, which is expanding to Houston, produces specialty wood pallets used in the petrochemical industry. William Carpenter, Greg Barra and David Boyd represented the tenant, Cottondale Wood Products.
SPRING – The Welcome Group acquired the SES Foam, LLC facility located at 2400 Spring Stuebner Road in Spring,. The facility has two office/industrial buildings for a total of 38,702 SF on 11 acres of land. Mr. Welcome Wilson, Jr. is President and CEO of Houston-based Welcome Group.
Access Chemicals & Services, LLC, leased 4,060 SF of office space at 7322 Southwest Freeway in Houston. William McCarthy and Jack Gaffney of Finial Group represented the tenant. Trey Miller with Boxer Property represented the landlord.

DALLAS – Stream Realty Partners was selected by Dallas-based TriGate Capital for management and leasing of Comerica Bank Tower at 1717 Main St. in downtown Dallas. The Comerica Bank Tower, a 60-story, 1.5 million SF building, is home to such tenants as Comerica Bank, K&L Gates, Marsh USA and Fish & Richardson. More than 450,000 SF of office space is available for lease. Rhett Miller, Matt Wieser and J.J. Leonard of Stream’s Dallas division will handle leasing.
Lee & Associates – Houston represented Carlisle Port Arthur, LP, in the sale of 26,503 SF at 4600 and 4700 Highway 73 in Port Arthur, Texas. Trey Erwin and Justin Cole of Lee & Associates – Houston represented the seller, Carlisle Port Arthur, LP.
BROWNSVILLE – CBRE handled the sale of Brownsville Doctors Hospital in Brownsville, Texas. A local investor who plans to provide healthcare services to the local community bought it. The seller is Boston-based Capital Crossing. The Brownsville Doctors Hospital is a three-story, acute-care medical and surgical hospital totaling 79,396 SF on five acres. The vacant hospital was licensed for 56 beds. Scott Herbold of CBRE handled the sale.
San Antonio – Sowel leased 11,380-SF industrial at Isom Business Center in San Antonio, Texas. NAI Partners’ Carlos Marquez and Colten Courtney represented the tenant in the transaction. It is Solwel’s first Texas distribution center for solar energy systems.
ARLINGTON – JMV Transport leased 52,032 sf at 2910-2920 East Avenue F in Arlington. Luke Davis, Sarah Ozanne, and James Mantzuranis with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Alpha Thirty. Wells CRE LLC represented the tenant.

AUSTIN – Newmark Knight Frank announces the sale of Hillstone at Wolf Ranch, a 332-unit multifamily community in Georgetown, north of Austin. ABILENE – Newmark Knight Frank has announced the Freddie Mac refinancing of the 498-unit Sedona Apartments in Abilene. The effort was led by NKF’s Multifamily Capital’s Braden Harmon and Hank Glasgow worked on behalf of owner/operator and repeat Freddie Mac client, CapX Ventures, which has value-add properties around Texas.
D-FW – Kindred Healthcare acquired the WellBridge Greater Dallas and WellBridge Fort Worth behavioral health hospitals. Each hospital has 48 licensed beds.
Stonemont Financial Group has begun construction of two industrial buildings in McKinney, marking the firm’s second venture in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Known as McKinney Airport Center, the project will include buildings with107,300 SF and 123,885 SF. Somervell Commercial Realty is working alongside Stonemont, led by Josh Wheeler as development manager for the project. Other partners include Bob Moore Construction and Callaway Architecture, with leasing by Lee & Associates.
Pratt Corrugated Holdings, Inc. renewed its 294,952 SF lease at Southfield Park 35, 9209 Old Hickory Trail in Desoto. Matt Dornak and Drew Feagin with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Cabot Properties. JLL represented the tenant.
DALLAS – Crescent Property Services, LLC, and institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management announce the signing of Commerce Bank to a new lease at The Crescent. The bank will occupy 8,982 SF in The Crescent, a 1.3 million SF luxury office and mixed-use development in Dallas’ Uptown. Tony Click and Marissa Parkin represented The Crescent.
DALLAS – Perdure Petroleum, LLC, has leased 17,212 SF in the Office Campus at Allen to relocate and expand its headquarters in far north Dallas at 1101 Central Expressway South in Allen. Brasa Capital Management has announced the closing its firstcredit vehicle, Brasa Credit I, LP.Brasa Credit will now be able to provide both debt and equity on commercial real estate transactions up to $100 million on behalf of its pension fund investors. Brasa Partners has experienced developers and operators to provide between $5 million and $25 million in value-add capital for the acquisition, reposition or ground-up development of commercial properties in the Western United States and Texas. Greg Galusha has joined the firm as managing director.
VENICE, Fla. — A 3,010-SF 7-Eleven convenience store on 1.8 acres near I-75 sold for $6,513,026. It was listed by Gabriel Britti, Kevin O’Hanlon and Ronnie Issenberg of Marcus & Millichap.
