 RNR Real Estate Briefs from Realty News Report  – HOUSTON – Brookfield Properties announced that Berkeley Eye Center, an established Texas eye care facility, and Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, a multispecialty group practice, have extended their respective leases on the fourth floor at The Shops at Houston Center. Located at 1200 McKinney St. in downtown Houston, Berkeley Eye Center has committed to a lease extension on its 2,614 SF space while Kelsey-Seybold Clinic extended its 22,896 SF clinic and pharmacy. Berkeley was represented by Adam McAlpine of McAlpine Interests. On both deals, Brookfield Properties was represented in-house by Andrea Lukens.


HOUSTON— NAI Partners arranged an 8,021 sf lease for tenant Sprinkle Pop at Point West Business Center, a flex industrial park owned by Partners Capital, the investment arm of NAI Partners. NAI’s Lesley Rice and Andy Parrish represented landlord Partners Capital


HOUSTON 2300 Chenevert Street Holdings, LLC, has purchased a 7,000 SF contemporary live/work building in midtown at 2300 Chenevert St, Houston. Todd Johnsonwith M&B Property Group represented the buyer. The sellers, Michael Conway and Michelle Williams, were represented by Ryan Neyland of Davis Commercial Real Estate.


 KATY — Dogtopia has leased 6,237 sf of retail space at 1815 S. Mason Rd., Katy, from QSR Enterprise LLC. Austen Baldridge and Andrew Alvis of NewQuest  Properties represented the landlord. Sage Cuenod of Streetwise Retail Advisors represented the tenant.


HOUSTON – Greystar announced that pre-leasing is starting at the new Foundry on 19th apartments at 555 W 19th St. in The Heights. The community is made up of 284 units.


HOUSTON — Roberto Porras has signed a long-term lease for 2,300 SF of office space at 7500 San Felipe St., Suite 325 in Houston. William McCarthy with Finial Group secured the lease for Porras.


FULSHEAR, Texas — Social Pub & Grill has leased 3,599 SF of retail space in Cross Creek Commons at the intersection of FM 1463 and South Fry Road, Fulshear, from NewQuest Properties. J.J. McDermott and Andrew Alvis of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord.


HOUSTON — SynergenX Health has leased 2,561 SF of retail space in Orleans Square, 18321 W. Lake Houston Parkway, Atascocita, from Zenda Channing Orleans Square, LP. Austen Baldridge and  Brett Strake of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Brady Wright of the Pope Corp. represented the tenant.

TEXAS 

IRVING, Texas — San Diego-based Parallel Capital Partners has signed two new tenants at its Urban Towers, a high-rise office complex in Irving.  The Pasha Group leased 45,228 SF and Maxitransfers Corporation leased 9,652 SF. Parallel was represented by John Fancher and Matt Schendle of Cushman & WakefieldMatthew Hickey of TIG Real Estate Services represented Pasha and Campbell Henry of Lincoln Property Company represented Maxitransfers.


FORT WORTH, Texas — Davoil Inc. has renewed a 305,255 SF industrial lease at 401 Railhead Road in Fort Worth with Sun Life Assurance Co. of Canada. Nick Talley of Dallas-based  Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord.


DALLAS, Texas — Drew Crawford and Cole Kenefsky with Finial Group extended a lease at 1801 Royal Lane, Suite 607 in Dallas. ARKE Group Inc. renewed its lease at the 2,140 SF office space in Westwood Business Park located just southwest of I-635 and I-35. Finial Group represented the tenant.


CARROLLTON, Texas — Scott Axelrod, VP in the Industrial Division of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, negotiated the sale of a 3,000 SF office and showroom space at 3749 Josey Lane in Carrollton. The buyer was Tedeco Properties, LLC, of Carrollton, and the seller was R & M Wessler Inc. of Plano, Texas.


DALLAS, Texas – Transwestern  Real Estate Services (TRS) announces that Los Angeles-based real estate firm Regent Properties secured some 500,000 SF of leases in 2020 at two of its premier assets: Legacy Central in Plano, Texas, and Park Towers in Houston’s Uptown submarket. The transactions represent a mix of new leases, expansions and renewals. Transwestern’s Doug Little, David Baker, Kelli Gault and Jack Scharnberg provide office leasing services for Park Towers while Duane Henley and Nathan Durham provide leasing services for Legacy Central.


ALEDO, Texas – Enterprise Products Operating, LLC, has leased 8,640 SF of industrial space at 103 BPR Lane, Aledo, from CUDA Solutions Co., Inc. Nick Talley and Brandon Alexander of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Services represented the landlord.


DALLAS, Texas – Skin Pharm TX LLC has leased 3,655 SF of office space at 3131 Turtle Creek Blvd., Dallas, from STRS Ohio TX Real Estate Investments. Jared Laake of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant. Trey Smith and Lauren Napper of CBRE represented the landlord.

ROSEMONT, Ill.Commercial real estate firm Lee & Associates announced several recent industrial transactions totaling 97,181 square feet in the Chicago suburbs.  Jay Farnam, Brent De Noble, and Jeff Janda represented owner DRA Advisors on the 51,226 SF lease at 1005 Republic Drive, Unit A in Addison. Doug Pilcher of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, General Insulation Company.  Rick Anesi and Mark Baumhart represented owner, Britt Properties, on a lease of 25,443 SF at 68 Congress Circle West in Roselle. Joe Karmin of Transwestern represented the tenant, Cherry’s Industrial Equipment. Rick Anesi represented the owner of 300 Marquardt Drive, Wheeling in the sale of 12,400 SF. John Joyce of SVN represented the buyer. Jay Farnam represented the buyer, Dart Technology, on its purchase of 8,112 square feet at 1700 Park Boulevard in Streamwood. Manny Regaldo of KW Commercial Chicago represented the seller. 


 DENVER, Colo. — JLL Capital Markets announced it has closed the sale of INOVA II, a recently completed trophy office building totaling 220,396 DG in Centennial, Colo. JLL represented the seller, United Properties & Principal Real Estate Investors, and procured the buyer, Libitzky Property Companies.
