SPRING, Texas – SRP Medical sold the 108-unit Spring Creek Village seniors housing property in Spring to a joint venture between Chicago-based Harrison Street Real Estate Capital and Houston-based Bridgewood Property Co.
Built in 2013, the property, located on Holzwarth Road, will be managed by Retirement Center Management.
Greystone Real Estate Advisors, which handles senior housing transactions, represented SRP Medical in the deal.
