SAN ANTONIO – Silverwest Hotels, LLC purchased a select-service hotel portfolio of three hotels totaling 313 rooms in San Antonio.
Silverwest Hotels, LLC is a joint venture by Mariner Real Estate Management based in Kansas City; Silverwest Hotel Partners, LLC and an affiliate of Global Endowment Management based in Charlotte, N.C. The Silverwest joint venture was founded in 2014 by two hospitality executives, Edward Mace and Charles Peck.
The seller, Barshop & Oles Co. of Texas was represented by a team including John Bourret and Austin Brooks of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler.
The hotels in the portfolio are: the 118-room Fairfield Inn & Suites San Antonio NE/Schertz, 5008 Corridor Loop in Schertz; the 98-room Hampton Inn & Suites San Antonio/Schertz, 17702 IH-35 North in Schertz; and the 97-room Hampton Inn San Antonio – Northwoods, 2127 Gold Canyon Drive in San Antonio.
