HOUSTON — Skanska USA Commercial Development announced it will break ground soon on a 302,00 sf. office tower near the Galleria. The project will be located on a 2.3-acre site at 3009 Post Oak Boulevard, on a parcel near the Loop 610 frontage road, between Richmond Avenue and Westheimer.
The 20-story structure will have an eight-story garage and 12 stories of office space. It represents one of the few new office towers under construction in Texas.
