Houston – The Grand Parkway continues to generate land deals. The latest: John S. Beeson, John Stephen Ford, Sr. and Steven A. Webster have purchased 620.6 acres of undeveloped land in Harris County north of Interstate 10 and west of Grand Parkway bordered by FM 529, Katy Hockley Road, Beckendorff Road and Pitts Road.
The site, former farm land, is four miles from the new stretch of the Grand Parkway.
The sales price was not disclosed, but the original asking price was $25,000 an acre or more than $15 million.
The sellers, the Beckendorff family, were represented by David Frishman, attorney, and Mark W. Kidd, Sr. and Mark W. Kidd, Jr. with M Kidd Properties, Inc.
