KEMAH, Texas – American International Industries announced that its subsidiary, American International Texas Properties has sold 65 acres in Galveston County, south of Houston.
The buyer, Texas City Terminal Railroad Co., paid $1.65 million for the acreage, which is near Highway 146.
Texas City Terminal Railroad is jointly owned by the Union Pacific Railroad and BNSF Railway. It operates 32 miles of rail serving the Port of Texas City.
