Allied Industrial Sales leased 42,842 SF at 3003 Highway 225 in Pasadena.  The tenant was represented by John Luck and Griffin Rich of Newmark Knight Frank in the transaction with the landlord, LIT Industrial Limited Partnership.

 Fluid Flow Products has signed a lease for 26,520 SF of office warehouse space in Sterling Industrial Park at 186 White Road, Houston. An expansion of Fluid Flow’s current Houston facility is planned, and will serve as a manufacturing, distribution and office hub. Sterling Industrial Park was represented by Jason Tangen, Jon Lindenberger and Paul Dominique of Colliers International. Fluid Flow Products was represented by Rob Neblett of R.K. Neblett Interest Inc. and Kent Willis of Colliers International.

HFF has closed the sale of Normandy Shopping Center, a 44,297 SF retail strip center on 6.07 acres at 12620 Woodforest Blvd. in Houston. The plaza is98.1% leased and shadow anchored by a Kroger store. HFF marketed the property for the seller, Williamsburg Enterprises Limited.  A private investor purchased the asset.

NAI Partners  arranged a 56,400 SF industrial lease for MIAT College of Technologyat 533 Northpark Central Drive in Houston.

Chris Kugle and John Ferruzzo of NAI Partners represented the tenant. Jason Dillie of Cushman and Wakefield represented the landlord, Prologis. MIAT provides technical career training in the field of aviation at locations in Canton, Ohio and Houston.

Newmark Knight Frank represented Nexus in a new build-to-suit lease at 5600 Schertz Parkway in the city of Schertz. Nexus will occupy the single-story, tilt-wall-construction office building, measuring 36,450 rentable SF. Scott Lewis of NKF represented Nexus in the transaction.

Upstairs Circus DFW, LLC has entered into a retail lease for 2,936 SF at 2810 Main Street in Dallas. Zachary Ballenger with CBRE in Dallas represented the tenant while Amy Pjetrovic with Venture Commercial represented the landlord, Ap Deep Ellum LLC. Based in Denver with other locations in Austin and Minneapolis, this is the first site in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. It is tentatively set to open in November 2019.
