DALLAS – A pair of Dallas companies Cornerstone Development Corp. and Rosewood Property Co. created a joint venture to construct $75 million worth of self-storage facilities in Texas with the Extra Space brand.
Four self-storage buildings are already under construction in the first phase with new buildings in Houston, Dallas and San Antonio. Each one is about 100,000 square feet.
The Cornerstone RPC Storage Development JV is looking for land parcels for development sites in major Texas cities.
