Hines and Archstone will break ground next week on CityCenterDC, a mixed-use project at 11th Street and New York Avenue in Washington DC. Plans call for 458 rental units, 520,000 sf of office, 216 residential units for sale, 185,000 sf of retail, and 1,500 parking spaces. Future phases will include a hotel and additional office and retail.
