HOUSTON – Colliers International handled the sale of a 16.7 acre tract in northwest Houston.
Eastbourne Fry & 529 LP sold the land to K-Tung, LLC.
The property is located just south of Fry Road & FM 529 intersection, adjacent to the Fiesta store.
The buyer was represented by Tri Tran of ReMax Alliance. Christopher D. Winters and William J. Byrd of Colliers International represented the seller.
