HOUSTON – Trademark Property Co., a Fort Worth-based developer specializing in mixed-use and retail, has agreed to develop an 82-acre town center on property owned by Westside Ventures Ltd. at the northwest corner of Interstate 10 and Mason Road in Katy, west of Houston.
The first phase of project, covering 60 acres, will include retail, multifamily, office space and a hotel.
Trademark, a firm led by Terry Montesi, has developed a number of mixed-use and retail projects, including the 570,000-SF Market Street Woodlands and is currently redeveloping part of The Village near Kirby Drive, for landowner Rice University.
Westside Ventures was formed by a group including John McCormack of the Visible Changes hair salons chain and Houston developer Giorgio Borlenghi.
