HOUSTON – Apartment developer Trammell Crow Residential has purchased land in the Lakes on Post Oak development just south of The Galleria in Houston.
HFF marketed the property on behalf of the sellers, a joint venture between an affiliate of Five Mile Capital Partners LLC and Crocker Partners.
The 3.86-acre development site is located within the 1.2 million-square-foot Lakes on Post Oak complex that includes 3000, 3040 and 3050 Post Oak Boulevard office towers. All three of those buildings were sold in the last year.
The 23-acre Lakes on Post Oak campus, developed by Hines, is located at the intersection of Post Oak Blvd. and Hidalgo St. in Houston’s Uptown District.
The HFF investment sales team included Davis Adams, Jeff Hollinden and analyst Mark Bramlett.
