HOUSTON – Transwestern has been awarded the leasing assignment by Horizon Development for a new 38,600-square-foot medical office development located at 7619 Branford Place in Sugar Land, on the southwest side of the Houston area.
Construction on the Class A building is scheduled to begin by mid-March and should be completed in the fourth quarter of 2015. Strategically located in the Telfair residential community, the development fronts Highway 59 South just east of University Boulevard and is adjacent to Costco.
Transwestern’s Healthcare Advisory Services team of Tim Gregory, senior vice president, and Ashley Cassel, associate broker, will lease the building.
