HOUSTON – Transwestern has been retained by Liberty Property Trust to provide leasing services for Legacy at Fallbrook, a 206,808-SF office building in northwest Houston.

Liberty Property Trust, a REIT based in Malvern, Pa., developed the five-story project, which was completed in 2015.

Transwestern’s Eric Anderson, Tyler Garrett and Parker Burkett are leasing the property, 10720 W. Sam Houston Parkway N.

“We are extremely excited to work with Liberty on its new development,” said Anderson. “The property is truly a first-class project, offering tenants a state-of-the-art office environment with differentiating attributes such as 10-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass not typically seen in the Beltway markets.”

The building, which has Stewart Title as a tenant, is certified LEED Gold.

The property, which has 43,000-SF floor plates, is located in Northwest Houston along Beltway 8, offering ingress and egress from Beltway 8 and Fallbrook Drive.
