AUSTIN – (Realty News Report) – Tri Pointe Homes announced that construction is underway on new homes at Bryson, a 530-acre master planned community in Leander, of the northwest side of Austin.
The Bryson community is developed by Johnson Development, a Houston-based firm founded by the late Larry Johnson, a legend in master planned community development.
Tri Pointe Homes will debut its brand-new Arbor Collection, its second section of homesites at Bryson.
“We believe this new product will be perfectly suited for many growing families, which is the primary buyer demographic in Bryson,” said Chelsea Timmons, vice president of community experience at Tri Pointe Homes in Austin.
Residences in the new Arbor Collection will range from 1,903 to 2,700 SF with three to four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. The homes will feature open-concept floor plans and stylish but flexible designs to serve a range of buyers. Upon completion, the entire Bryson planned community will consist of more than 1,500 single-family homes and an expansive amenity center that includes a resort-style pool, a covered pavilion, an innovative ‘playscape,’ a large stone fire pit overlooking a fishing pond, river splash pad and event lawn.
Located just off Hwy. 183-A, Bryson is part of the Leander Independent School District.
Tri Pointe Homes’ 60-homesite Capital Collection in Bryson sold out in June 2022. Tri Pointe Homes’ new model home at Bryson is currently under construction with sales for the new Arbor Collection anticipated to start in spring 2023.
One of the largest homebuilders in the U.S., Tri Pointe Homes is a publicly traded company building homes and communities in 10 states. At one time, Tri Pointe built in Texas with the Trendmaker brand.
